Impatience Grows Over ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’

As a candidate, Obama promised to repeal the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, which keeps openly gay individuals from serving in the military. Since becoming president, however, Obama has yet to act on his pledge. Meanwhile, patience in the gay community is running out.
