Honey-Chipotle Sauce


This is my favorite sauce to use with chicken fingers!

2/3 cup honey 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 1 tablespoon white vinegar 2 teaspoons minced chipotle chile peppers (from can) 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pomegranate Bruschetta Garlic Bread: 1 loaf French baguette 8-10 cloves garlic, minced 4 tablespoons olive oil salt, to taste

My Meatballs!


1 pound ground chuck beef
4 ounces Italian seasoned bread crumbs
4 eggs
4 ounces whole milk
6 ounces grated Pecorino-Romano
3 ounces grated onion
2 ounces minced garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped Italian parsley leaves
1 tablespoon basil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. If mixture is too wet, add more bread crumbs.

Garlic, artichoke and roasted red pepper hummus with pita wedges
