Kicking things off with dinner at a local restaurant on Saturday (July 11), the twosome were spotted together as they pulled away in their Cadillac SUV following the romantic night out.
After enjoying one anothers company overnight, Kate was spotted in her bikini with a beach cover as she lounged by the pool.
Meanwhile, A-Rod headed off to the ballpark, as his New York Yankees played the California Angels during a day game.
