Michael Spradlin of Crosby Texas, Shook Baby to Death

Last March of 2008, Michael Spradlin was charged with capital murder in the death of his 14-month old baby — who, authorities say, suffered from “shaken baby syndrome.” Baby Noah was air-lifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he later died.
