Billboards are going up across Atlanta that read: “Black children are an endangered species.” Those who oppose abortion say the campaign is an effort to increase awareness that the abortion rate is higher in minority communities. But abortion rights advocates say the campaign is dehumanizing and does not reflect the tough circumstances facing many minority women when they decide to end a pregnancy.
